In August 2024, she conducted a series of impactful workshops in Ibra, Al Buraimi, and Salalah, attracting hundreds of participants eager to embrace the opportunities of e-commerce. In Salalah, the workshop saw 150 attendees who learned firsthand about the power of e-commerce and artificial intelligence in driving sustainable business growth. Al-Barwani emphasized how digital commerce is revolutionizing the job market, encouraging entrepreneurs to capitalize on innovative technologies to enhance their business success. The session also featured expert trainer Juhaina Al-Muslehiyyah, who taught participants how to use WhatsApp effectively to boost sales and streamline their e-commerce strategies.

Further solidifying her leadership, Shinuna Al-Barwani signed a pivotal cooperation agreement with the "Ahad Al-Mustaqbal" initiative to empower Omani women entrepreneurs in Salalah. This partnership is dedicated to supporting women in leveraging e-commerce as a tool for growth, enhancing their market access, and equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in today’s digital landscape.
